Please find attached our response to your official information request relating to commit ees

“I noted beside board, you have many committees/groups involved external/independent 
representative managed by the commission, such as mental health and addiction quality 
improvement consumer and whānau advisory group. 
 
Can you please provide the full list of committees/groups involved external/independent 
representative managed by the commission. The name of each committee/group's members 
and their term of appointment. Also for each committees/groups involved external/independent 
representative managed by the commission, please provide the term of reference of these 
committees/groups. The pay rate for each members.”
