Response to your request for official information
Thank you for your requests under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 28 January
2022 and 3 February 2022. Your requests have been consolidated pursuant to section 18(A) of
the Act. I will respond to each parts of your request below.
Recently the attached Pfizer document has been released -

In a previous Official Information Act Request the Ministry of Health allude to them
receiving this information in a different format to meet their legal requirements. Since this
document is now out can Medsafe/Ministry of Health please provide the above Pfizer
information as per the information below.
Are you aware that there have been filings in International Court against numerous
entities and individuals that are more than likely associated with the release of Covid-19
- Klaus Schwab, Tedros, Bill Gates, Fauci, Pfizer et al - Yes or No
More than likely these people are responsible for the release of the virus and also profiting
from the experimental gene therapy and our PM has ties to these organisations
- Has the PM been requested to provide any written correspondence/evidence to these
filings - Yes or No
- How much funding is provided to the WHO annually? Whilst these filings are underway
are there any emails/filings that consider halting funding to the WHO?
- What is the funding agreement with WHO? What are the ethical conditions associated
with providing funding - for example are there restrictions on our funding such as these
agencies can't be involved in virus manipulation or does the NZ Government blindly
donate and not watch what is going on?
- What recourse is available to New Zealanders if it is found that WHO are complicit in the
release of this virus
Your request for the above information is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act as the
information requested is not held by the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) and there are no
grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act.
Total Number of Deaths of persons following vaccine who have either
- Amount of compensation offered to deceased - ie have these amounts changed as more
people have died, or do these offers vary based on age
- Pro-forma non disclosure agreement and what terms the next of kin are required to
accept to receive payment
- The deceased next of kin/family have received compensation
- The deceased next of kin/family have an offer in front of them for compensation
The above parts of your request were transferred to the Accident Compensation
Corporation (ACC) on 23 February 2022 pursuant to section 14 of the Act. You can expect
a response from ACC in due course.

- Day of death - ie day of vaccination or how many days after
- Age of deceased
Cause of death is determined by the coroner. Please note that coroners are independent
judicial officers working in the Coroners Court with administrative support provided by the
Ministry of Justice. As an arm of government separate from the executive (eg, Ministers and
government departments), courts have their own rules for requesting information. Section
2(6)(a) of the Act excludes courts from the ambit of the Act and therefore this part of your
request is refused under section 18(g) as the information requested is not held by the Ministry or
an agency subject to the Act. More information about coroners is available at:

under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to protect personal information.
