To protect the privacy of our tenants, Kāinga Ora does not release individual property addresses. I am 
therefore withholding this information under section 9(2)(a) of the Act which allows for the withholding 
of information to protect the privacy of natural persons. 
 
You may find information about Kāinga Ora’s managed stock broken down by Territorial Local 
Authority of interest. This information along with other statistics relating to our housing stock can be 
found at the following link https://kaingaora.govt.nz/publications/housing-statistics. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this response.
