Thank you for your requests under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 21, 22, 23 and
30 December 2021, which have been consolidated into one response to reduce the
administrative burden. I shall respond to each parts of your request below:
Please provide the salaries of all of the safety board and what the cost to the taxpayer is
The level of attendance fees are set in accordance with Cabinet Office Circular CO (12) 6, fees
framework for members appointed to bodies in which the Crown has an interest.

The Group level and fee is as follows:
• Group 4, Level 1
• Chair fee is $1,150 (daily rate)
Am I correct in saying if a death is reported due to the vaccine then in 3 years the coroner
wil know the answer. To date there are 117 deaths and over a 1,000 within 21 days of
vaccine. So in three years we wil likely see another 300 plus deaths at this rate and then
the coroner might be able to make a judgement on one? So in that time 300 more people
lose there lives?

You recently announced a warning not to use Goree Beauty cream due to mercury and
lead in the products which may have toxic effects on the nervous, digestive and immune
systems, and on the lungs, kidneys, skin and eyes. It can also affect the development of
unborn babies. Please provide all evidence/reports and the decision making process
behind this warning. How many known reported side effects that you mention have
occurred from the use of Goree Beauty cream?
Medsafe has received one report of a poisoning event in connection with the use of this product.
Medsafe is aware of one other report linking this product with an adverse reaction. Note that as
the cream is marketed as a cosmetic, adverse events are less likely to be reported through
Medsafe systems. The profile of adverse events connected with high levels of mercury and lead
are well-established. Medsafe based its alert on this evidence and the fact that the product was
being marketed il egally in New Zealand and had been connected with adverse events.
The Pfizer vaccine has al of these side effects in significant numbers. Why the double
standard? If this is the standard for Goree Beauty then why isn’t the same standard
applied to Pfizer. Please provide a comparison of adverse affects Goree Beauty versus
Pfizer.
While the Act allows New Zealanders to ask for information from Ministers and government
agencies, there is no requirement for agencies to create new information, compile information
they do not hold or provide or prove an opinion. As you have been advised previously, your
questions and the statements that support them appear designed to engage in a debate about
the Government’s COVID-19 vaccination programme, rather than a request for official
information. The Act does not support requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or
hypothetical statement is put to the Ministry for response, couched as a request for information.
These questions are therefore refused under section 18(g) of the Act on the grounds that the
information sought is not held by the Ministry.
Please provide the forecast “expected deaths” in the age groups of 5-20 in the coming
year.

Can you please confirm if any of these deaths whilst isolating at home occurred within 21
days of the deceased receiving a first or second shot of the experimental gene therapy? If
the answer is yes then where have their deaths been recorded? With Covid?
Put in the observed versus expected deaths?
Recorded as a vaccine death?
Have these been double counted anywhere? Prior to mass vaccinations over 99% of
people recovered and people generally had time to seek medical attention. So I’m
assuming these deaths at home related to sudden events. Please provide the cause of
death - cardiac, stroke, embolism etc
Are refugees residing in New Zealand receiving the Pfizer experimental gene therapy? If
not does the Pfizer contract the NZ Government signed preclude vaccines for refugees
due to potential litigation against Pfizer as is the case overseas?
Anyone in New Zealand is able to get vaccinated. As you have been advised on multiple
occasions, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine is not gene therapy. The Ministry is therefore refusing
the remainder of this part of your request under section 18(h) as it is vexatious.

The CDC in the US wil withdraw the PCR test because it cannot differentiate between the
flu and Covid-19 How is the Ministry of Health determining cases in New Zealand?
Is it via PCR tests?
If so then every single policy being implemented based on high case numbers via PCR
testing is flawed.
How many flu cases in NZ in 2021? Zero?

The Ministry does not accept the premise of these questions which are based on
misinformation. The Ministry has responded to similar questions several times. In particular, I
