information/notes from Fairways before the privatisation of Fairways
ACC’s response about obtaining historical information/notes from other agencies
ACC does not have any information or processes to guide a claimant to obtain their information from
another agency. Therefore, we are refusing your request for this information because it does not exist.
This decision is made under section 18(e) of the Act.
