I refer to your Official Information Act request received dated 13 December 2021 requesting the
following information:
1. The highest ten individual clinic/locations of COVID-19 vaccinations performed on an
individual day at an individual clinic/locations in the Northern Region. Please provide the
date, location/clinic, and vaccinations performed. The same clinic/location may therefore
occur more than once in the list.
I am responding on behalf of the Northern Region Health Coordination Centre (NRHCC), the COVID-
19 response and vaccination team set up by the Northland, Waitematā, Auckland, and Counties
Manukau DHBs.
The highest ten individual clinic/locations of COVID-19 vaccinations performed on an individual day
in the Northern Region are shown in the below table:
