On 3 December 2021, you emailed the Ministry of Social Development (the
Ministry) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982  (the Act), the
following information:
•  In accordance with the Protections Framework, a person seeking goods
and services must not be refused access to the premises of health
services that are partly or wholly funded by the Ministry of Social
Development. Please urgently supply the following information under
the Official Information Act 1982:
o  All premises that are partly or wholly funded by the Ministry of
Social Development.
The Ministry funds the following types of health and disability services, who
are covered by the vaccine mandate outlined in the COVID-19 Protection
Framework 2021, below:
•  Transition from School
•  Business Enterprises
•  Employment Service
•  Employment Service in Schools
•  Very High Needs Service
•  High Needs Service
The Ministry is providing you with Appendix One, which outlines the list of
current providers that fall within the categories listed above. However, the
Ministry does not hold the details on the individual premises that these
services operate from; therefore, I am refusing your request under section
18(g) of the Act as the information you have requested is not held by the

Ministry and I have no grounds to believe that the information is held by
another department or Minister of the Crown or organisation.
The Ministry has supplied  useful information to provider  on  operating  their
services  under the COVID-19  Protection  Framework.  This  information  is
