Re: OIA request - Management of COVID-19 cases in home isolation 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 23 November for information about the DHB's 
performance regarding management of COVID-19 cases in home isolation. 
 
We have transferred your request to Auckland DHB, as the agency which has oversight of the 
Northern Regional Health Coordination Centre (NRHCC). The information to which your request 
relates is more closely associated with the functions of NRHCC. In these circumstances, we are 
required by section 14(ii) of the Official Information Act to transfer your request.
