I  refer  to  your  email  of  11  November  2021  in  which  you  request  the  following  under  the 
Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):  
all information you hold in a ministerial capacity regarding the definition or use of the 
term "social licence". To avoid doubt, this request is for information relating to any 
of your portfolio or other ministerial responsibilities.  
I have not received any information regarding the definition of the term “social licence” in 
relation to any of my portfolios.  Therefore, I am refusing your request under section 18(g) 
of the OIA, because I do not hold such official information.
