I refer to your request received on 12 November 2021, which has been considered
under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), for the following information:
“all information you hold in a ministerial capacity regarding the definition
or use of the term "social licence".
I am responding in my capacity as the Minister for Broadcasting and Media.
Searches have discovered no documents in scope of your request. Therefore,
your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act as documents containing
the specified information do not exist.
