3/ Claims Accepted for years 2005 - 2021 respectively for the condition pleural Mesothelioma in
which Asbestos exposure is alleged to have been the most likely cause
4/ Locations in New Zealand that the ACC have identified containing sufficient levels of asbestos
to likely cause Pleural Mesothelioma
5/ Locations in New Zealand that the ACC have been informed about allegedly containing
sufficient levels of asbestos to likely cause Pleural Mesothelioma but have declined to accept as
sufficient levels to cause Pleural Mesothelioma
