ministerial capacity regarding the definition or use of the term "social licence". To avoid 
doubt, this request is for information relating to any of your portfolio or other ministerial 
responsibilities. 
I have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
As the Associate Minister of Education (Māori Education), I do not hold any information with 
reference to this term and as such, I am refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act 
as this information does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate, cannot be found.
