I interpret “TDA” to be a reference to a TreasuryDirect Account. TDA is a website run 
by the United States Department of the Treasury. Information relating to 
TreasuryDirect, such as an account name or Taxpayer Identification Numbers (SSN or 
EIN) is not held by the New Zealand Treasury. I am therefore declining your Official 
Information request under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act -  that the 
document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite 
reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
