Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 26 October 2021 for: 
 
“Can you please provide any and all documentation to health officials/government 
representatives from any and all of the agencies directing New Zealand on how we are to 
respond to the Covid-19 pandemic. 
 
I am specifically looking for correspondence that includes the following 
 
Multi System Inflammatory Syndrome or MIS-C 
 
Any and all talking points and the directive that this is due to Covid-19 the virus in 
children” 
 
Information within scope of this request is itemised in Appendix 1 of this letter and copies of the 
documents are enclosed. The table in Appendix 1 outlines the grounds under which I have 
decided to withhold information. Where information is withheld, this is noted in the document
