Conservation Trust. 
Thank you for your Official Information Act (Act) request received by the Department of Internal 
Affairs (Department) on 18 October 2021.      
You requested –  
•  I would like to know the current member of Pacific Development and Conservation Trust 
and their bio of available. Their pay rate and term of appointments. 
•  The trust’s full meeting minutes since 1st Jan 2020. 
 
On 16 November 2021, the Department responded to question one of your request and advised 
you that it had decided to provide the information requested in question two to you. However, 
we were still preparing this information for release and would provide it to you as soon as 
practicable. 
In response to your request, I can now provide you with Appendix A, attached. Appendix A 
provides you with the Pacific Development and Conservation Trust’s meeting minutes from 1 
January 2020. 
Some information has been withheld under the following sections of the Act: 
•  9(2)(b)(i); the withholding of the information is necessary to protect information where 
the making available of the information would disclose a trade secret; and  
•  9(2)(b)(ii); the withholding of the information is necessary to protect information where 
the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the 
commercial position of the person who supplied or is the subject of the information; and
