Thank you for your request for information dated 1 October 2021 asking for a breakdown of 
number of trips undertaken by Total Mobility (TM) Scheme members.  
I’ve attached a spreadsheet which contains two tabs outlining: 
•  Taxi trips on TM scheme 
•  HOP data 
 
We are stil  waiting on some invoices from our smaller operators however, this doesn’t affect 
the figures greatly, but it does mean the figures are slightly understated for October 2021. 
 
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able 
to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the 
LGOIMA Act, and seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
