On 25 May 2021, you submitted an Official Information Act request to the Department of 
Conservation, in which you asked for: 
 
an uncensored copy of the following paper: CBC-21-MIN-0045 
 
On 22 October 2021, the Department responded to your request, indicating that the 
information withheld was stil  under active consideration. 
 
On 5 September 2022, the Department was notified by the Ombudsman of your complaint 
with respect to this response.  
 
I have reconsidered my decision as the information in question is no longer under active 
consideration, and it is now appropriate that it is publicly released.
