I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 26 October 2021 requesting the fol owing: 
 
I would like to request copies of al  2019-nCov Action Plans, dated since 24 September. 
 
I would also like to request copies of these documents: 
 
1.            The ARPHS Outbreak Strategy and its Implementation Plan 
2.            The ARPHS Business Continuity Plan 
3.            The ARPHS Focused Control Strategy and its Implementation Plan 
4.            The ARPHS Wel being Plan 
5.            The ARPHS Operational Plan 
 
I am responding from Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) as the DHB responsible for Auckland 
Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS).   
ARPHS provides public health services to al  three metro Auckland District Health Boards – 
Waitematā District Heath Board, Counties Manukau Health and Auckland District Health Board, and 
the populations they serve. ARPHS’s core role is to protect and promote public health.   
 
I would like to request copies of al  2019-nCov Action Plans, dated since 24 September: 
There are five plans between 24 September – 26 October 2021.  Annexure A contains Action Plans: 
#6, #7, #8, #9, #10. 
 
I would also like to request copies of these documents: 
 
1. 
The ARPHS Outbreak Strategy and its Implementation Plan:  The 42-August 2021 
Auckland Cluster Outbreak Strategy Brief Version 3 is attached as Annexure B. 
 
2. 
The ARPHS Business Continuity Plan – this is attached as Annexure C.

The ARPHS Focused Control Strategy and its Implementation Plan – ARPHS Focused 
Control Strategy is attached as Annexure D and its Implementation Plan is attached 
as Annexure E. 
 
4.            The ARPHS Wellbeing Plan. ARPHS draft Wel being Plan for its COVID-19 response is 
provided as Annexure F. 
 5.           The ARPHS Operational Plan. We are declining to answer your question under 
section 18(g) as the information you have requested is not held by ARPHS.
