I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 24 September 2021 requesting the fol owing 
from Auckland Regional Public Health Service. 
 
I would like to request, dated 16 August to 24 September, copies of: 
 
1. 
Al  COVID-19 weekly staffing reports 
2. 
Al  capacity and demand daily planning email updates 
3. 
All 2019-nCoV Action Plans 
 
You clarified that you are requesting emails exchanged within ARPHS. 
 
I am responding from Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) as the DHB responsible for Auckland 
Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS).   
ARPHS provides public health services to al  three metro Auckland District Health Boards – 
Waitematā District Heath Board, Counties Manukau Health and Auckland District Health Board, and 
the populations they serve. ARPHS’s core role is to protect and promote public health.   
 
Please find below the following in response to your request:  
 
1.  All COVID-19 weekly staffing reports 
 
ARPHS has not generated  weekly staffing reports therefore we are declining to answer your 
question under section 18(g) as the information you have requested is not held by ARPHS. 
 
 
2.  All capacity and demand daily planning email updates are provided in Annexure A 
3.  Al  2019-nCoV Action Plans (AP) #01, #02, #03, #04, #05 are provided in Annexure B.
