Affairs (Department) on 20 September 2021.      
You requested –  
•  Can you please provide the data into a table form with column names (Left to Right) 
(Note Please provide data for By grant applications only ) 
Month/Year (Oct 2020, Nov 2020 till Oct 2021), Application Received (Oct 2020, Nov 
2020 till Oct 2021), Approved / Finished Applications for which month (example  - in Oct 
2020 case officers worked on June 2020 applications), Pending Applications (for each 
month), Currently Working on which month applications (Sept - Oct 2021) Number of 
Ceremonies Happened (Auckland, Aug 2020 -Oct 2021) Number of Planned ceremonies in 
future (Oct 2021- Dec 2021) 
Can you please provide the data table from November 2020 to October 2021? 
In response to your request, I can advise that pursuant to section 15(1)(b) of the Act, the 
Department has decided to provide you with the information you seek. However, we are still 
working to prepare the Information for release and will provide it as soon as practicable. We 
anticipate having the requested information to you no later than 5 November 2021.
