Thank you for your requests to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) under the Official Information 
Act 1982 (the Act) on 14 September 2021.  
On 15 September 2021, the Ministry provided you with a spreadsheet for the COVID-19 Pfizer 
Comirnaty vaccine which details the ingredients and the consumer information sheet. 
You replied on 16 September 2021 asking about information relating to euthanasia medications.

Between 14 September and 16 September 2021, the Ministry received several amendments to 
earlier requests as well as new requests for information. Under the Act, the Ministry considers 
that in this case that multiple requests should be treated as a single request due to their 
frequency and the similarity of the subject matter. 
Many parts of your correspondence are dif icult to understand or interpret and lack the due 
particularity required by section 12. Therefore, your request is refused in full under section 18(h) 
of the Act on the basis that the request is frivolous. 
However, the Ombudsman provides guidance on how to make requests at:
