PPE Ward Nurse: Receives notes in PPE at nurse’s station 
with PPE Ward Nurse in room. Doff mask and  
Hands notes to Ward Nurse and waits to escort CED  
and checks PEWS, Drug Chart and Fluid Charts, then enters
