The ability to submit applications in te reo Māori exists for al New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC) funds
.
The table above reflects the specific funds available under Te Rautaki Māori which supports the
aspirations for Māori filmmakers who wish to make films in te reo Māori.
We receive a number of applications that are submitted in English but have significant Māori content in
the scripts or proposals. We have not included these in the scope of your request. Should you wish to
access this information or other information regarding te reo Māori, we would be happy to speak further
