Thank you for your official information request regarding Sale of 29 Everton Terrace, Wellington which 
was received by Capital & Coast District Health Board (CCDHB) on 12 March 2021 you requested the 
following information: 
 
“I require the detail of the sale of 29 Everton Terrace. 
 
1) The price and terms of the deal. 
and, 
2) If the contract has been approved by the board, and the completion of the sale has been carried out.” 
 
Our response to your request is outlined below. 
 
Response 
 
1. 
The total purchase price (including CCDHB’s costs) was $50,000 including GST, with the price for 
the land under the sale and purchase agreement being $35,000 including GST. 
2. 
The sale and purchase agreement settled (following CCDHB obtaining the necessary internal 
and external approvals) on 1 June 2021.
