Wellington City Council has granted your request for information. 
 
The  New  Zealand Legislation website  and or the LocoDelegations website  lists the number of 
acts/bylaws/delegations that territorial authorities such as Wellington City Council have a responsibility 
under. This search does contain some pieces of legalisation that is territorial specific and will not relate to 
Wellington City Council. The Council also has responsibilities under our Bylaws these can be found on our 
website.
