Good afternoon please forward copies of all records pertaining to the request for assistance in relation to 
potential environmental issues involving airborne toxins at the property at 3 Elizabeth Street, Putaruru 
since July 1st 2021. 
 
Council response: 
We  have  decided  to  decline  your  request  for  information  in  order  to  protect  the  privacy  of  natural 
persons. This refusal is made in accordance the official information withholding grounds of section 7(2)(a) 
of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
