[FYI request #16467 email]
Dear John Luke,
Thank you for your email of 22 August 2021 in which you request the following under the Official
Information Act 1982 (OIA):
You have mentioned you have recently appointed a Trade for All Ministerial Advisory Group.
Can you please let me know how you call for public expression of interest, e.g. where did
you advertised the role and what is the pay rate of this group. Please also provide the term
of reference and selection criteria of these members.
How many times they meet each year and beside the daily pay rate, what else they will be
reimbursed, e.g. travel? meal?
This letter advises that the timeframe for responding to your request is being extended by 25
working days, to 22 October 2021. This is because consultations necessary to make a decision
on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original
time frame.
However, if this process is completed before 22 October 2021, the response will be sent to you as
soon as possible. You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
decision by contactin
g www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
Yours sincerely
Hon Damien O’Connor
Minister for Trade and Export Growth
