recommendations and the like between all representatives of the International 
Maritime Organisation (IMO), Maritime New Zealand representatives and all 
government ministers (between 20th September 2020 and present date), 
which specifically relate to the New Zealand Governments Covid response 
under the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).”

the IMO, other Government agencies, or Ministers. 
 
We have not included material relating to the management and resolution of 
specific seafarers’ complaints, with this material being withheld under section
