RE: Howick Local Board Workshop Material
Thank you for your information request dated 11 August 2021 for GYP Properties’
presentation at a Howick local board workshop on 1 July 2021.
The presentation materials (‘the materials) you have requested is not held by Auckland
Council. The materials were presented to the Howick Local Board from a USB stick owned
by GYP Properties, which they took back with them at the end of the workshop. We do not
hold a copy of the materials which is owned by GYP Properties, a non-council entity.
Therefore, your request has been refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the
information requested does not exist.
The decision by Auckland Council to release the information contained in this response was
made by
Victoria Vil araza, Local Area Manager, Maungakiekie-Tāmaki and Howick.
Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you have the right
in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complai
nt to the Office of the
Ombudsman and seek an investigation.
