I would like to request a copy of the construction sheet of the flag of Tokelau and/or a 
detailed specification of that flag. 
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade does not hold any information related to the creation 
or specifications of the Tokelau flag. We are therefore refusing your request under section 
18(e) of the OIA as the information does not exist.
