On 11 October 2021 after sending you our initial response, you clarified that you were not
seeking information relating to the Strategic COVID-19 Public Health Advisory Group
(SCPHAG) but instead the Modelling Governance Group referred to in paragraph 7a of the
SCPHAG Terms of Reference.
I believe that the information you have requested is more closely connected with the functions
of the Treasury. Accordingly, I have decided under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act to transfer your
request to the Treasury. I have extended the 10 working day time limit available to make this
transfer, to 9 November 2021. This extension was required because of the consultations
needed to make a decision on this transfer.
You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman to investigate and review my
decision under section 28(3) of the Act.
The Treasury has the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt of this transfer to make a
decision on your request.
Yours sincerely
Sarah Corbett
