July. Grant Applications to the Wellington City Council (WCC) and the Lottery Grants Board Heritage 1985
Fund
August 11. Grant approval or otherwise from WCC
August. When funding is in place authorise Dunning Thornton to undertake Monastery Engineering
Act
assessment and Strengthening Concept.
October. Grant approval or otherwise from Lottery Grants Heritage
Late October. When funding is in place authorise Dunning Thornton to undertake Church
Strengthening Concept and concurrently to employ a specialist to carry out testing to establish the
durability of the concrete in the Church and Monastery.
Target completion date 30 November 2016.
