I refer to your email of 2 June 2021 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information: 
 
1.  A copy of the employment contract for the Chief Executive of MBIE 
(Carolyn Tremain) 
2.  A copy of the employment contract for Chris Bunny, Deputy Chief 
Executive, Building, Resources and Markets 
3.  A copy of the employment contract for the Manager Building 
Performance and Engineering 
 
We have transferred part of your request to Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission (PSC). Part of 
the information to which your request relates is not held by us but is believed to be held by PSC. In these 
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Act to transfer your request. 
 
The specific aspects of your request that have been transferred are as follows:
