We refer to your official information request dated 24 March 2021. You requested the following 
information from the Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC): 
 
  Can you please provide the documentation showing how each QLDC councillor has voted on 
every motion at all Council meetings since October 2017? 
 
QLDC response 
All the minutes within the agendas are publicly available and can be found in the below link which 
details resolutions and the outcome of each vote. Please note as per Council’s Standing Orders the 
specific vote of each Councillor is only recorded when requested by that Councillor or if voting is by 
division. In all other instances the motion is indicated as passed or not, and the names of the mover 
and seconder recorded only:
