Thank you for your email dated 19 March 2021 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982 
(the Act) the following information: 
  Information on any planned or future plans for Kiwibuild homes in the Franklin Region of 
South Auckland 
  any documents relating to discussions in the past 3 years around a potential cap increase 
for Auckland and the first home starter grant 
 
The following table outlines KiwiBuild homes built or contracted to be built on the Franklin area of 
South Auckland as at 31 January 2021. We have defined the Franklin area as the area identified 
by the Franklin Local Board of Auckland Council including the suburbs Awhitu Peninsula, Karaka, 
Ardmore, Clevedon, Whitford, Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay and Orere Point, as well as the townships 
of Pukekohe, Waiuku and Beachlands.
