Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 17 March 2021 for: 
 
“I would like to request the full board meeting minutes for 2019 and 2020 for the following 
agency. I am unable to find the minutes on their website. 
1. Dental Council 
2. Midwifery Council 
3. Nursing Council 
4. Osteopathic Council 
5. Medical Council of New Zealand” 
 
The Ministry does not hold any meeting minutes pertaining to your request. Your request is 
therefore refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, as the information is not held by the Ministry 
and there are no grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act. 
 
You may wish to approach each organisation for this information. However, please note that 
these organisations are not subject to the Act.
