This letter refers to your official information request dated and received 21 February 201,

“information (name and address of complainant) on the complaint lodged against Russell 
Properties Ltd on Thursday 20 February 2014, about a health and safety issue on a building 
site in Mauldeth Terrace, Churton Park, Wellington. This complaint was handed to Stephen 
Bray, Health and Safery Inspector, HSNO Rnforcement Officer, Health and Safery Group - 
MBIE.” 
 
This letter is to notify you that the Ministry is transferring your request to WorkSafe NZ in 
accordance with section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982.  
 
This transfer is occurring because the information you requested is believed by the Ministry to be 
more closely aligned with the functions of WorkSafe NZ.
