We are in receipt of your Official Information Request dated 5 March 
2021 transferred from the Department of Internal Affairs to 
MidCentral District Health Board on 11 March 2021. 
 
You advised that you would like information regarding administration 
and costs associated with a ‘Vulnerable Persons List’.  MidCentral 
District Health Board does not generate, hold or administer such a 
list and I am therefore unable to provide any information in this 
regard.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the 
Ombudsman of this decision.  Information about how to make a
