transferred from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) on 16 March 
2021 for: 
“I wish to know the number of other workers, not employed by Hotels, but working in 
MIQF's who are currently earning below the Living Wage.” 
The Ministry of Health believes part of the information you have requested is more closely 
aligned with the functions of Canterbury District Health Board (Canterbury DHB). For this 
reason, I have decided to transfer your request in part to Canterbury DHB under section 14 of 
the Act. You can expect a response to your request from Canterbury DHB in due course.
