OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
I refer to your official information request of Wednesday 3 February 2021 relating to
work of the Ministry’s Nominations service as presented in the Ministry’s Briefing to
Incoming Minister (BIM) published on the Beehive website. Your request asked for:
The list of "400 vacancies" you have received during the 2019/20 year? Also,
have you completed the annual stocktake (as at 31 December 2020)? If you do,
please send a copy as wel . If not, when you expect it wil ?
The information you are requesting from us for the 400 vacancies in the 2019/20 year
(1 July 2019 – 30 June 2020), was provided to you in our reply to your request dated
3 August 2020. The list of boards that we nominated women for is the same as the
vacancies received, which include the 400 vacancies from the 2019/20 year.
In regards to the annual 2020 stocktake, we are currently analysing data for this
stocktake and we expect to release it in June 2021. The stocktake wil be available on
our website.
