Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 (the Act), received on 20 December 2020. You requested the fol owing information:
• Since 3 December 2020 has there been comment from the Wellington City Council, the
Ministry for Environment and the Greater Wel ington Regional Council on the whether
various locations are, or are not, Rapid Transit Stops under the NPS-UD and/or under the
WCC Spatial Plan.
• Can the WCC please provide copies of the reports, presentations or working papers where
the Spatial Plan definitions of "rapid transit service" and/or "rapid transit stop" were
analysed or discussed since September 2020?
• Can the WCC please provide copies of the meeting or workshop agendas, presentations,
minutes or meeting notes at which the Spatial Plan definitions of "rapid transit service"
and/or "rapid transit stop" were analysed or discussed since September 2020?
• Can the WCC please provide copies of the reports, presentations or working papers where
there was discussion on whether specific bus stops or any railway stations would or would
not meet the Spatial Plan definitions of being a "rapid transit service" and/or "rapid transit
stop" since September 2020?
• Can the WCC please provide copies of the meeting or workshop agendas, presentations,
