Thank you for your further email of 5 March 2021 requesting the modelling which was used to inform the following 
statement - "The modelling indicates that while the project in isolation may contribute to increased greenhouse 
gas emissions." 
 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
The statement referred to data included in the document titled Business Case Sustainability Story (Update) – 11 
May 2020, which was released to you in full as Attachment 3 in response to your previous OIA request (OIA-7425 
refers).  
 
For completeness, please find attached a copy of the spreadsheet which includes the data behind the tables 
provided in the above-mentioned document. Attachment 2: Approach to Sustainability – 7 August 2019, which 
was also released to you in response to your previous request, provides further information about this work.  
 
As noted in the full statement, and shown in the data attached, while the project in isolation may contribute to 
increased greenhouse gas emissions, it is important to consider the overall transport package which will deliver a 
net reduction in greenhouse gas emissions when compared with a future baseline with no integrated transport 
package.
