regarding Hōkai Rangi. Your request is being considered under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
We have determined that part of your request is more closely related to the 
functions of the office of the Minister of Corrections. Therefore, we have 
transferred the following section of your request to the Minister’s office pursuant 
to section 14 of the OIA:  
 
any Ministerial briefings or Cabinet papers on areas where the 
corrections system is (or may not be) meeting Hōkai Rangi's objectives. 
 
The office of the Minister of Corrections will respond to the above part of your 
request in due course.
