requesting confirmation of 111 calls allegedly made to Police. Specifically, 
you requested: 
Can I please have confirmation that 2 call were made to 111 at a time 
between 1815 and 1845 on 16th October 2020 from Puhoi, Auckland. 
The phone number using this service was [mobile number redacted]. 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the Official 
Information Act 1982. 
I can confirm that Police received two 111 calls from the nominated phone 
number between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45p.m. on 16 October 2020. 
I trust this satisfies your request. If however, you are not satisfied with my 
response, you have the right under section 28(3) of the Official Information 
Act to ask the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review 
of my decision.
