“Please provide me with a copy of the report entitled: "Health Report: COVID-19: Funding 
managed isolation and quarantine ongoing.” 
 
As you may be aware, the Government has publicly released key documents and information 
relating to the decisions made as part of the COVID-19 response. You can view these 
documents on the Unite against COVID-19 website at the following address:

release/  
 
The document you have requested will be captured in the next update, which is expected to be 
made available at the above link, within six to eight weeks of this response. As the information 
you are requesting will soon be publicly available, I am refusing your request under section 
18(d) of the Act.   
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review any 
decisions made under this request.
