OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST 2020/32 – INSTAGRAM USER @YEEHAWTHEBOYS 
On 10 September 2020 you made a request under the Official Information Act (1982) for 
“all Electoral Commission emails, communications, meeting 
transcripts/agenda/records, or any other relevant documents relating to the use of the 
'orange guy' character in social media posts by Instagram user @yeehawtheboys 
between July 30 2020 and Friday 11 September” 
No such information exists. On this basis your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act. 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to make a complaint to the Ombudsman if 
you are not satisfied with the response to your request.
