We have decided to grant your request. However, given the amount of resource required to process 
your request, we have decided to charge for making the requested information available.  This is 
because the col ation and research would involve identifying, searching, retrieving, extracting and 
assembling the information.  
 
We estimate this work wil  take 10 hours. The first hour of work wil  be provided at no cost and the 
charge for the remaining time is $684. Before we proceed further with your request, please confirm 
your agreement to the charge, we will then provide details about payment that will need to be made 
prior to the work beginning.   
 
You do have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
