Thank you for your request for information dated 2 September 2020 asking for minutes and 
agendas for St Heliers and Mission Bay safety improvement working group.  
I’ve attached a zipped folder which contains all the information we hold. Some information 
such as names and contact details have been withheld under section 7(2)(a) of the LGOIMA, 
to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.  
Following the results from the consultations undertaken during April 2019 for safety 
enhancements in St Heliers and Mission Bay, a Working Group was formed for each town 
centre to investigate and co-design a revised scheme for each. These schemes wil  support 
the 30km/h for both vil ages that was approved by the Auckland 
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able 
to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the 
LGOIMA Act, and seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
