Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 10 August 2020 
to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) for: 
“please kindly provide under the Official Information Act, the complete accounting of all 
correspondence, meetings, phone conversations, memos, payments etc between Director 
general of health Ashley Bloomfield (and his agents) and Bil  Gates (and his agents) 
between 1/8/2019 and 1/8/2020.” 
The Ministry does not hold any information pertaining to your request and we do not believe any 
other agency subject to the Act holds this information. As such, this request is refused under 
section 18(g) of Act. 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review any
