Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 30 July 2020 to 
the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) for: 
 
“Please provide any material titled 'Timeline of coronavirus outbreak and PRC coverup' 
and any material referencing such a document.” 
 
On the 7 August 2020, you confirmed that ‘PRC’ referred to in your request meant ‘People’s 
Republic of China’.  
 
The Ministry does not hold any information pertaining to your request and we do not believe 
another agency subject to the Act would hold this information. As such, your request is refused 
under section 18(g) of Act. 
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision 
to refuse your request.
